Shall we add a FIXME to remove this?

Once we move EventTarget to the heap and make DOMWindowSet a hash set of weak
members, the contents of removeAllEventListeners(DoNotBroadcastListenerRemoval)
should become just one line:

  lifecycleNotifier().notifyRemoveAllEventListeners(this);

and thus we can just write the line in ~DOMWindow().

It's a bit confusing to have the overridden version of removeAllEventListeners()
and the not-overridden version of removeAllEventListeners(). Shall we rename
this to removeAllEventListenersInternal()?
