Blacklist some non-functional plugins on the Mac

Since these plugins don't work in Safari on 10.6 either, there's no real value in letting them try to load.

BUG=25105, 20635, 25104
TEST=Install Shockwave for Director or the MoveNetworks media player plugin, and visit a site with that content. The page should load, but with the plugin content missing.

Is there a way we could grab this list out of a file in the bundle, so that it
doesn't require rebuilding the app to test when (or if) we or plugin vendors
want to test updated versions of these plugins (aside from Gears, anyway)?

Drive by - Remember app is codesigned, so you don't really want to encourage
people to change the bundle in some way.

Ugh, point taken.  Perhaps a command line flag?  The driver for my suggestion is
to not require plugin vendors to do a build from scratch if they want to test an
updated version of their plugin.

I'd thought about that, but we have the same problem as we did before when we
were considering a command-line flag: since this file is in webkit/, I'm not
sure we can get access to command-line flag state.

Maybe we should add a special testing directory that bypasses the blacklist? Or
an environment variable? I just figured that the vendors probably had their
hands full getting things working in Safari OOP, and once they did we could take
another look (and potentially un-blacklist them at that point).
