"added" and needs a period.  All Chrome method docs are suppose to be correct
sentences. Also: (bike shedding) we've been calling this "activated" so how
about OnSurfaceActivatedForDraw

Period added, thanks.  I agree that this name is better from hit test context,
but I'm relunctant to add a new name when following the convention of the
current callback 'SurfaceWillDraw' seems like a fairly good name?
