[Courgette Experiment] Track and print TempMapping total and peak allocation to measure Courgette disk churn. This experiment CL is not mean to be committed. It provides simple instrumentation of TempMapping, to measure MemoryAllocator disk churn on Windows. Specifically, this is useful for measuring disk churn savings by AssemblyProgram reduction. BUG=660980
