Update Russian localization: perform yofication

Replace russian letter 'e' with russian letter 'yo' where appropriate

thx for the CL, and sorry that the issue went unnoticed for so long.

The xtb files are imported, so even if you patch them, they'll just get
overwritten :/

I've added some more labels to the bug, so hopefully it'll get some attention

Can I ask, please, you plan to yoficate only words "Надежный" and "Ненадежный"
(Bug 671999 is only about this words) or all ~80 words? If I get source file
(from which components/strings/components_strings_ru.xtb is generated) then I
can yoficate that file too.
