Description

Don't hold pointer moves on Linux To throttle resizes, we need something else, like _NET_WM_SYNC_REQUEST. Holding pointer moves doesn't have any positive effect. BUG=331924 Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=270612
