Revert of Android: Update docs to say Java 8 is required

Revert of Android: Update docs to say Java 8 is required (patchset #5 id:80001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/2666783004/ )

Reason for revert:
You can't do this on Trusty... java8 doesn't exist there.  You have to get the
debs from a later install and manually install them, which is what we have
puppet doing in our environment.
