Please avoid /TR/ links as they are usually not the most up-to-date version of
any spec. https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-pc/#rtcdtlsfingerprint* is what I'd link
to here, and I've sent https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc/pull/1139/files to fix
the weird section heading.
