Roll CLD2 from r160 -> r161 to fix a benign compilation error

Roll CLD2 from r160 -> r161 to fix a benign compilation error
that only surfaces when using dynamic CLD.

Dynamic CLD is not currently enabled on any platforms, making
this a no-op on all platforms at present.

LGTM. I've patched my own build manually and confirmed that this works when
CLD_DYNAMIC_MODE is defined. It's a no-op for all platforms right now, so no
risk from landing this one.
