Tweaks to the analysis server --help output. It now reads:

Usage: server [flags]

Supported flags are:
--client-id                            an identifier used to identify the client
--client-version                       the version of the client
--enable-incremental-resolution-api    enable using incremental resolution for
API changes
--enable-instrumentation               enable sending instrumentation
information to a server
--help                                 print this help message without starting
a server
--incremental-resolution-log           set a destination for the incremental
resolver's log
--incremental-resolution-validation    enable validation of incremental
resolution results (slow)
--disable-new-analysis-driver          disable using new analysis driver
--finer-grained-invalidation           enable finer grained invalidation
--instrumentation-log-file             the path of the file to which
instrumentation data will be written
--internal-print-to-console            enable sending `print` output to the
console
--new-analysis-driver-log              set a destination for the new analysis
driver's log
--verbose-flutter-completions          enable verbose code completion for
Flutter (experimental)
--port                                 the http diagnostic port on which the
server provides status and performance information
--internal-delay-frequency             
--sdk                                  [path] the path to the sdk
--no-index                             disable indexing sources
--useAnalysisHighlight2                enable version 2 of semantic highlight
--file-read-mode                       an option for reading files (some clients
normalize eol characters, which make the file offset and range information
incorrect)

      [as-is]                          file contents are read as-is
      [normalize-eol-always]           eol characters normalized to the single
character new line ('\n')
