THis suite requires .isolate file and linkage to it in the three? isolate
configs in /test/. It also needs a gyp and gn target for swarming. The gyp is
often an extra file while the gn target can be listed in /test/BUILD.gn. See
some other recently added suite like debugger.

in) "grokdump" or "mkgrokdump" instead?
