exo: advertise supported formats to linux_dmabuf clients get supported GpuMemoryBufferAttribs from the GpuMemoryBufferManager and advertise it to exo clients. add a listener for 'format' event to RectsClient to receive supported formats. BUG=708947 TEST=launching `wayland_rects_client --use-drm` triggers modifier advertising via linux_dmabuf
