Not sure we have to expose this in v8.h just for inspector. We can as well use
private method in debug-interface. Yang, WDYT?

I'd like to expose it here otherwise user could not differentiate regular frames
and wasm frames and since they have different meaning of line number and column
number - it can be confusing.
