what were the linker errors? You shouldn't need the class. Here's a random
example to follow:

Sorry, I misspoke there--it was a compiler error: "function
'autofill::CreateCvcTextfield' has internal linkage but is not defined". 
Following the example by removing the static modifier fixed the problem, thanks.
