Please do not introduce an unused function.

Instead, add a TODO(rlanday): Find out the correct timings to sort the marker
list.

Oh, I know why I added this: I use it in SpellingMarkerList so we can merge
overlapping markers in O(n log n) time instead of O(n^2) time...but that will be
in another CL, so I'll leave it out of this one
