android: Unset the DelegatedResourceCollection before LoseAllResources.

android: Unset the DelegatedResourceCollection before LoseAllResources.

This matches the behaviour of the DelegatedFrameHost used by mac and
aura, and ensures the RenderWidgetHostViewAndroid does not try to
return resources twice since the client callback would be called from
LoseAllResources otherwise.
