Remove .gitmodules from svn.

I'm confused by the confusion. It's in svn, so it was mirrored over:
http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome/trunk/src/.gitmodules?view=log

Maybe it's not needed, but in that case it should be removed from svn, not
src.git.
