i'm not sure what this impacts since it won't result in courgette64.exe being
part of a Chrome installer. i'm guessing it does something else and that you
know what you're doing. if this is the case, could you update the CL description
so that it says what this really does (and here's a rubberstamp lgtm)? if this
isn't the case, then what are you trying to do?
