This adds tests to validate and track the analysis server's integration test
coverage. It parses the spec and the coverage.md file, and verifies that:

- each domain and request method has an entry in the file
- if a request is marked as covered, it has an associated test file
- if a request is not marked as covered, it does not have a test file

The analysis domain is better covered than this file would suggest. I may move
files around and or introduce some proxy test files in the future.
