For dartdoc comments, I suggest following the style guide:
https://www.dartlang.org/guides/language/effective-dart/documentation

Namely, the first paragraph should be a short (one line) description, followed
by a blank line and then more details.  Putting it all on one line like this
makes the entire comment show up as the summary in some views, which looks
cluttered.
