cc: Fix numbers that we report to the HUD

We seem to be reporting the whole memory limit as unreleasable. In
reality the memory limit shouldn't play a role in what we have
allocated, whether it is releasable or not.

I've tested this with normal memory limits, it reports a much more reasonable
20mb/196mb isntead of 196mb/196mb all the time. Under memory pressure of 10mb
limit, it reports that we use 10mb max, and the hud switches to report "over
limit" number, which is a number we would've needed to render the page
correctly.
