Description

Add -loop=N option to test ffmpeg ogv decoding on loop. BUG=19917 TEST=media_bench.exe -stream=video -loop=100 d:\testmatrix\still\still1.ogv still.1280x720_30Hz_P420.yuv should produce 100 frames and not black.
