Temporarily.

I intent to rename consumePathOrNone to consumeOffsetPath in
CSSPropertyAPIOffsetPath.cpp anonymous namespace when implementing offset-path.

consumeOffsetPath will diverge from 'd' real-soon-now as more path syntaxes are
supported.
