LGTM as long as I can still run it. It's handy to use when the rebaseline server

is unavailable.

You'll still be able to run it, as of this CL, but it will be completely
unsupported.

Please let me know ASAP (or look in the issue tracker for recently filed bugs
about it) if the rebaseline_server is failing.  It is The Tool For This Purpose,
unless we need to take a different approach (which I am open to, if we need to
do it!)
