Sharing this CL mostly as an FYI for now - we still don't know which route will
be easier:

1. Skip renaming of identifiers that are declared in generated code (potential
problem: can't rewrite code generators because they would have to start
generating new names in some cases and old names in other cases)

2. Rename all identifiers under blink/WTF namespaces (potential problem: big
rename is blocked on tweaking more code generators)

non-generated code?
