[wip-test] Test to see if the bots invoke the Patch() routine

Put a line of code in the out-of-process Patch() routine to make it crash.
Run this code change through the try bots to see if any test calls it.

Result: green bots.  void ChromeOutOfProcessPatcher::Patch() has no tests, I'm
sad to say.
