Is there a reason for this guard? It only excludes OS_CHROMEOS right now
(browser_tests are only run on desktop platforms), and I'm fairly sure that we
should have this running on ChromeOS too.

Thanks, I was thinking to prevent the test running on Andriod and IOS, which
seems not necessary.
