This new failure is interesting. It revealed some bad code which I should file
bug & fix.

SVGLayoutSupport::willIsolateBlendingDescendantsForStyle() checks for
svgStyle.hasMasker(), but in fact that method is not implemented (should remove
it). Should check the SVG resource cache instead.
