ClangToTLinuxLLD bot takes too much time to build, and I suspect that that's
because the new multi-threaded algorithm in LLD behave poorly on the machine.
This patch tentatively disable threading to see if it's the cause of the issue.

Lgtm, that looks like a great place for putting this. To land, uncheck commit to
abort the try run, then check it again to enqueue this for real submission.
