AOSP files needed for libhardware.

From the kitkat-release branch - these are needed to compile hardware.c.

I haven't added libhardware to the chrome build yet.
I'm not sure we can do so and maintain compatibility with other vendors.
Also at this point it's more useful to be able to build it outside of chrome so
we can develop and test the HAL without using chrome.
So while the source lives here, at the moment it is only used by a chrome os
ebuild.

is this necessary? can't the logging work a bit like the logging in gestures?
change hardware.c to use an injected log provider -- some kind of static
function pointer thingie? add an #ifdef ANDROID?

They're not all necessary, in patch set 2 I got it down to three additional
files:
one for the logging interface
one for the log priority enums
one for the property interface

I think we need these so we can borrow android code without changing it too
much.
