A revert of this CL (patchset #1 id:1) has been created in
https://codereview.chromium.org/2568883003/ by inferno@chromium.org.

The reason for reverting is: UBSan is noisy and can't be enabled for explicit
crash behavior on builders. On ClusterFuzz, it will be still enabled to create
testcases.
