should this also be abstract? it feels a bit strange to have an abstract
IsTouchscreenEnabled() method but this possibly-unimplemented
SetTouchscreensEnabled() method. (i realize that this is probably due to the old
ToggleTouchscreen() method having an empty definition here.)
