[Sheriff] Disable failing test TaskManagerNewPrintPreview. This test started failing constantly in http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac%2010.7%20Tests%20%28dbg%29%281%29/builds/23020 But there is no obvious CL that caused the problem. The root cause seems to be related to 367665, so this test is now disabled on Mac until the root cause is found.
