Paul, can you please take a look?  The drag-and-drop tests are passing with
--site-per-process after your changes, so let's get rid of the exceptions that
were temporarily put in place while the tests were present, but we didn't yet
have OOPIF support for drag-and-drop.  FWIW, I see that the interactive_ui_tests
were run by linux_site_isolation tryjob kicked off for the CL under review and
did include the drag-and-drop tests - see
https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux/builders/linux_site_iso...
