At least for text-decorations I don't think the tests that we're importing are
superseding any of the ones we have. The writing mode test update seems to
originate from
https://github.com/w3c/csswg-test/commit/19f28a46f1c1e4b6785ee277d0c8cde27fa1...
- which is not a commit for upstreaming, but a modification in upstream itself.
I haven't looked any further, but I don't think this obsoletes any own tests.

csswg-test/vendor-imports/mozilla/mozilla-central-reftests/shapes1/

looks like a new directory in the upstream, can you add the line to
W3CImportExpectations with "[ Skip ]"? Sorry this is still a manual process to
watch new directories in upstream...
