Add test for verifying that iframe contents that are served from content urls cannot be accessed by parent page.

Ted, PTAL. This is the same issue as you reviewed 
https://codereview.chromium.org/2476823002/ but was reverted as it broke android
test debug bot. The issue is related to multidex and the fact that we run the
content provider in a separate apk which I explained in the testcontentprovider
class header. The medium/long term solution may be moving content providers to
the support apk.
