Remove calls to testRunner testRepaint/repaintSweep*

Remove calls to testRunner testRepaint/repaintSweep*

These functions are incompatible with force compositing mode and are of
dubious value.

Also, consolidated all of the shadow-multiple tests into a single test
as they are now identical.  The fast/repaint/box-shadow-* files
are attached to an open bug, so leaving to make it easier to
investigate.

I also just set these tests to FCM temporarily to avoid any future rebaselines

Hmm, ok, you make a good point.

The problem is that testRepaint() is a giant hammer to find any partial repaint
bugs used by a very small handful of tests.  In an impl-side painting world,
testRepaint is extremely artificial, as a 1xn row or column will never be
painted since we blow up invalidations to (at least) tile sizes.  So, even if I
wrote a testRunner function that did a row-by-row invalidations and then
painted, it wouldn't be testing the same thing.  Since these tests were all
added in 2007/2008 to address old 4-digit WebKit bugs, it's a little hard to
tell if I'd even be tickling the same problem or if those problems still exist.

My inclination is to leave these tests as not repainting, but still rastering
whatever they used to raster.  Or, I could also delete them if you wanted.  Or,
I could attempt to modify them into tests that tested what they used to test,
but I'm not sure this is worth the time.
