Fixed flaky InkDropImpl death test.

The InkDropImpl.SettingHighlightStateDuringStateExitIsntAllowed test was
flaky when run in the views_mus_unittest binary. This CL changes the
gtest_death_test_style from "fast" to "threadsafe".
