SwiftShader update

A new test, called 'swiftshader_unittests' was added in this version
of swiftshader and we should be able to add and run it on the bots.

Hi Ken,

This update contains a new test which should be accessible on Windows and Mac,
to trigger compilation of SwiftShader on the bots, as we had talked about last
week.
