The ARM assembler has macros PushList/PopList. Would that make sense to add for
MIPS as well?

We have the macro on ARM because there is a convenient instruction that
pushes/pops a list of registers according to bits set in an immediate value.
Since there isn't an analogous instruction on MIPS, we don't have a similar
macro.
