I think you want:

Same as google_red_700 in chrome/android/java/res/values/colors.xml as well as
the native implementation.

Yeah I noticed google_red_700, but as to the specs I got
(https://folio.googleplex.com/chrome-ux-specs-and-sources/Chrome%20Form%20Not%...),
text color on mobile is #c53929. +hwi for clarification.
