FYI. CQ'ing TBR'd and NOTRY -- can't break the main waterfall.

The reason this adds entries is that there are some obsolete entries in
generate_buildbot_json.py for the old "ATI" bots. These need to be removed but
that should be done in a follow-on CL (well after this lands, to avoid incorrect
patch application in the generated chromium.gpu.fyi.json).
