Although I'm not sure whether it makes a difference whether builds are compiled
on trusty or precise, I'm assuming that we'll want to replace
linux_precise_blink_compile* with linux_trusty_blink_compile* -- does that seem
correct?

It's not supposed to matter, but it can (if we have bugs and aren't using the
sysroot correctly), but it's not likely to matter for anything that blink carese
about per se.

That said, yes, everything should be upgraded.
