Description

optimize-ico-files: Compress all icon sizes as PNG images to save space. We previously kept images smaller than 256x256 uncompressed for compatibility with Windows XP and earlier, but since Chrome no longer supports those old Windows versions, we can just use PNGs for all sizes to save space. BUG=663136
