This allows RenderWidgetHostImpl to access it's RenderViewHostImpl via
WebContentsImpl::GetRenderViewHost().

It could be cleaned up if drag-and-drop code is moved out of
WebContentsViewAura, though I think that would only be done as a clean-up
refactor after getting drag-and-drop working in the first place.
