is the failed step. The root cause of this is that the property
"parent_build_archive_url" is set to an empty string, which the chromium recipe
uses to try to download the build, to no effect. Not sure why that got set to
the empty string...

A revert of this CL (patchset #1 id:1) has been created in
https://codereview.chromium.org/2484913005/ by martiniss@chromium.org.

The reason for reverting is: Creating reland CL; will not land immediately..
