This is the Polymer equivalent of https://codereview.chromium.org/2465273002/. I
tested it on my local server and it displays the output correctly, whether the
task has expected outputs or not. 

Details for Kevin: traditionally if a task wanted to return files it would have
to put them in $(ISOLATED_OUTDIR); after

https://codereview.chromium.org/2440353004/ and
https://codereview.chromium.org/2453873002/, you can now explicitly list any
file you by saying "swarming.py trigger <other args> -ofile1 -ofile2" and those
will be returned. This change is simply to allow us to see "file1" and "file2".

What does this show if there are no expected outputs?  I would prefer if the TD
doesn't draw if there are none, or, if you want it to always draw, put it in the
more details section.

The more details section is currently broken

mind looking into why it's broken (I think it should be a trivial fix), I would
appreciate it.
