Michael, these tests now seem fine on the try bots. I added all the bots I
thought might be affected, is there any others you'd like me to try?

LGTM. There might be a few whose configuration simply doesn't exist on trybots.
We also can't say much about the flaky tests.

Just give it a try, watch the waterfall afterwards and please revert if some
tests go red. We'll get a more detailed picture then.
