Lgtm. Does this mean we should update iPhone 5s to iPhone 6s and iPad Air to
iPad Air 2 for all simulators?

I think we should make this change across the board.  I'll try to build
consensus for it.

Biggest downside is losing 32-bit test support, but I don't know how much we
care about that.

Currently we do 32-bit tests on simulators only using iPhone 5 and iPad Retina.
The downstream set up is:
32-bit: iPhone 5, iPad Retina
64-bit: iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air

We could move 64-bit to iPhone 6s, 6+ (for 3x), Air 2 and keep 32-bit on
5/Retina.

I'm working on a CL to do ios-simulator and ios-device, so they'll all be the
same. We should probably then update it downstream. I'll take this conversation
to the bug I filed.
