Did you regenerate the recipe expectations? To do so:

scripts/slave/unittests/recipe_simulation_test.py train

I'd be surprised if this change had no effect in those expectations.

Does it still look good? Is it OK for android_optional_gpu_tests_rel to also use
ToT ANGLE?
